The BlueSpot.VIP web app allows volunteer citizens (‘BlueSpot.VIP Reporters’) to use their smart phones to take pictures of local handicapped / accessible parking violations that are then automatically forwarded to your Law Enforcement Agency’s BlueSpot.VIP Violations Display Screen at your Dispatch Desk, as shown in the sample screen below. In the violations submitted to you, the volunteer reporter will have included the location of the violation and the license plate so you can dispatch an officer to the location to issue a warning or citation. You also have the option to mail the violator one of three types of letters automatically created by BlueSpot.VIP (a Citation Cover Letter, Warning Letter, or Educational Letter).
